I'm sure most of you have been seeing the story on the cable news networks today about the murder of Kelsey Smith in the Kansas City Suburbs. I don't know this family, but they attend Hillcrest Covenant Church, and since I know some of my readers are Covenant folks, I thought you would want to be supporting your sister congregation in this hour. Several good friends attend this church, and I have interacted significantly with this body of folks over the years. It is a great group of folks. Keep them in your prayers as they struggle to face this horrific tragedy.
