Solar System Warming

Scott Gilbreath at Magic Statistics has an interesting post about planetary warming in our solar system. We've all heard of the Earth's warming climate. Scott points us to research that indicates the climate is warming on Mars and Jupiter. Some claim Earth's global warming is coming primarily from human activity, while other scientists find a very strong link between solar activity and changes in the Earth's global temperature over past centuries.

So here is a science question. If the Sun puts off more radiation, thus increasing the global temperature on Earth, would it not be putting out that same radiation to all the other planets? If it is, what effect would we expect to find on other plants? What have we been finding out about two other worlds? What should be done?

Simple: The residents of Mars and Jupiter need to implement their versions of the Kyoto Accords to save their plants from apocalyptic destruction as well.
