I have flown the coup and landed in Grand Rapids, where I will attend a three-day event called "Toward a Free and Virtuous Society." I will be returning early Saturday morning. That also means I will not be in Birmingham. I have already met people from Poland, Hungary, England, and Boston (A truly foreign country from a Kansas City perspective.) I will check in occasionally to let you know how it is going, but I am suspending my substantive posts until next week. (I want to get my Theology and Economics Post series finished.)
I assure you I will keep tabs on the matches yet to be played over the next few days, but I figure when I tire of following the PCUSA, I can always watch World Cup. *grin*
