According to Quotidian Grace, the 172-member RevGalBlogPals webring is officially incorporated. They are also filing for 501C3 status with the IRS, but it takes a while to get approved. QG speculates that this could be the first ever incorporated webring. Kudos!

Thanks, Mike! One little correction–I haven’t filed the application for 501-c-3 status yet but am getting all the info together for it with the help of several others in the webring. It will be filed soon, though.
If there’s another incorporated blogring out there I’d love to know about it. -
