Short Review: The Civil War as a Theological Crisis

Denis Hancock has a book review of The Civil War as Theological Crisis by Mark Noll. I have been reading this book, too, and expect to review it not long after I finish it (whenever that may be.) From what I have read, I would agree with Denis' Assessment. I am already learning a lot that applies to our contemporary ethical issues. Of course, as Mark Twain (I think) said, "The only thing we learn from history is that we never learn anything from history."
