Hi Michael,
I enjoyed that post. I enjoy reading about the rites of the early church. One of my favorite pictures of some of my grandchildren is one of three of them, two sisters and their brother, holding hands in the river right before they are baptized. You can find it here on my web site: http://www.naminggrace.org/id56.htm. That is a Calvary Chapel way of baptizing.

Viola! You have a website! I’m telling ya, you need to add on a blog. 🙂
Great pictures. I love open air baptisms. I also loved the pictures with cats. My 14 year old, 14 lb tabby Isaac is co-author of many of my posts.
Robert Webber’s “Ancient Future Faith” has been very helpful for me along my journey of the last few years. He describes something similar.

I have read the AFF as well and I own his vid series Ancient Future Worship. Good stuff!
