For those of you in the Kansas City area, the Kansas City Emergent Cohort is getting together tonight at the Wesport Flea Market in Westport (Home of the best-tasting and most artery-clogging hamburgers in the metro.) I have been invited to offer some reflections about economics in the Emerging conversation. I have given my little talk the title "The Image of God at Work in the 21st Century. Economic life and the Emerging Church." (Impressive, don't you think?) It is more like a set of observations to start a conversation. The objective is a conversation, not lectures. It starts at 8:00.
