  3. Wow, that means that George Bush is better than 25% of all other American Presidents. That’s hard to believe, but I don’t know where I would insert him.

  4. He still has two years left. Who knows where he will end up.
    What is interesting to debates is why a president should be on this list. Incompetent? Corupt? Both? Other?
    Personally I think the bonehead award has to go to William Harrison. He was portayed by his opponents as too weak and old to be president. So to show them how tough he was he delivered his inaguration address in a cold rain. He died 41 days later of pneumonia.
