I had to laugh when I read the job description! Would you seriously like those descriptors in yours? It sounds un-do-able to any ordinary human, doesn’t it? Do you remember the days when a job description actually listed specific, concrete, objective, and obtainable responsibilities?

  2. There is a lot of energy around networking the various level of the church together. Hudson is only one player in the game but a key one. (And I suspect she will be a good one from what I here.) It is undoable by anyone person. She is only the catalyst.
    One step at a time.
