Michael Bird notes that, "James Dunn's 1983 essay "The New Perspective on Paul" originally published in BJRL, is now available on-line thanks to Mark Mattison of the Paul Page." Dunn also has a new book to be released any day, called The New Perspective on Paul.
E. P. Sanders, James Dunn, and N. T. Wright are three theologians who have developed the NPP, each with differences. Bird recently published The Saving Righteousness of God: Studies on Paul, Justification and the New Perspective. I added it to my bookshelf a couple of weeks ago but haven't read it yet. I hope to get to it next month.
