This is where Mrs. Kronicle and I will be this evening. I loved the first one.

Alas, we will be packing the car for an early morning departure for Houston. We do intend to see it when we are down there.
It will be good to see Riley in action again. And Abigail. Susan is partial to Nicholas Cage. Liam likes heavy weaponry. It’s got something for the whole family. -
Michael,
Look forward to your review. Loved the first one myself. Hope this one’s at least as good. Money’s a little tight right now so we’ll probably just wait and watch it on DVD. The schedule will be busy the next couple of weeks anyway. ENJOY! 🙂 -

I love all the main characters and the mix of history with action stuff makes it the best good for me.
Brad
Thanks.

Really? Are the some events happening next week? 🙂
Maybe I can give a few sentences about what I thought here on Saturday. Maybe Denis will chime in too once he sees it. -
Michael,
Yes. There are a couple of events here in northern Indiana. Might be the same ones you have in mind. 😉 Family, family, family…fun, fun, fun!!!!
Look forward to brief reviews from both of you….the new Ebert & Roeper? I hope it’s two thumbs way up! 🙂 -
We are back from the movie. Not quite to the level of the first but still worth seeing. I thought they could have done a better job developing Ed Harris’ character (the bad guy). The plot is not quite as strong but still very entertaining. It moves at a very fun energetic pace with lots of humor. The clearly have this set up for another sequel.

Sounds like fun! Glad they’re going to make yet another sequel. There are not enough of these kinds of movies as far as I’m concerned. Thanks for the quick review! 🙂
By the way, just finished watching the the Bourne Identity trilogy of movies with my adult son this past week (over a period of a few months). If you haven’t seen them, I highly recommend them…..Extremely well written, filmed and acted. But they are very intense and violent (though in my opinion not gratuitously). -
I’ve seen the first one at least seven times. The second one four times. The last one I saw in the theater but I think I may be getting the DVD for Christmas to complete my set.
Did I mention I’m a Bourne fan. 🙂 You’re right. Great stuff! -
Michael,
You’ve definitely got me beat. Only seen them each once (and for the first time in just the last few months)…..But I’m ready to watch the whole series again. 🙂
