Well, the day has arrived. It's Sooners vs. Gators, Big 12 vs. SEC, in the Orange Bowl. Many claim that Oklahoma only got in because of unfair rules. Sooner nation prefers to think of it as God's providence smiling down on God's team.
Being from Oklahoma, I think being too critical of Okies is unfair. We aren't a sophisticated bunch (thus, the fight song lyrics consist of only two words, "boomer sooner"), but we have our Sooner football. So tonight, I charge the Sooners to get out there and kill the Gators! (but in a Christlike manner.)
