In that post you referred to “my next post on capitalism and economic systems …”
Well, shoot, I already did my sermon on “Christians and Capitalism” LAST weekend! :0)
BTW, the response to the series so far has been everything from “ho hum, that’s nice, what’s next” to “I’m amazed a pastor would try and educate us on this” (I took that as a compliment) to “I have a better understanding of the value of the work I do everyday.” (That’s my goal – to help Christians see that ALL of it matters).
Again, thanks for all the effort you put into educating all of us. -
You’re welcome. I’m not an expert but hopefully I’ve thought through enough of it to get the conversation going.
I’m not surprised at your responses. When I talk to people about what I’m working on I get everything from strange looks and quick change in subjects to responses like someone offering a cup of water in a hot desert.
