Kruse Kronicle Turns Six

118520-matte-grey-square-icon-alphanumeric-number-6The Kruse Kronicle is six years old today. Thanks to all the readers and conversationalists who make this blog so much fun.

I've made minor upgrades in the categories section over the past month or two. I've gone back through six years of posts and tried to improve category tags. I've added some categories that help me find articles I'm looking for more easily.

Capitalism and Markets – Posts directly addressing the issue of capitalism or addressing how markets function.

Economic Development – Posts that feature how economic development takes place, has taken place, or is theorized to take place. Also, posts dealing with appropriate technology.

Vocation – Posts addressing the idea of vocations from a number of different angles.

Additionally, I discovered that with topics like "Wealth and Income Distribution," I have not done a very good job of tagging over time. I also have added some geographic categories in case you want to look up Europe, Central America, or India.

Over the past year or so, the Kruse Kronicle has become primarily news aggregation. A number of changes in my life knocked me off my routine of regular writing. The episodic nature of several responsibilities and projects continues to keep me off balance. I hope to get back to creating more original content this summer.

Thanks again for reading the Kronicle.

Congratulations on your sixth birthday, Michael. You are a regular stop on my blog trot-line. Although we are no longer in the PCUSA, you help keep me up-to-date on my old denomination I had been a part of for a half-century.
